The Climate Mobilization

For the Climate Mobilization, I created their logo and branding, and also designed their website, business cards, and IndieGoGo campaign.

The Climate Mobilization is a political platform and social movement strategy with a World War II style approach to fighting climate change.

The client wanted to focus more on humans than the environment, so we eschewed the standard environmentalist green, and instead picked a more patriotic color palette of red, blue, white, and black. The goal was to create a brand that was hopeful while also evoking some feeling of threat. In order to do this, I created a circular logo design which has elements of the threat with the red, but also hope with the blue part of the swirl. Additionally, the circle conveys movement which is important in conveying mobilization and connectedness.
